VAYRON TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the VAYRON website and your purchase of VAYRON products.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
1. VAYRON
VAYRON is a watch brand operating from the United Arab Emirates.

2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, descriptions, dimensions, specifications, materials, colours, and prices are accurate.
Minor variations may occur because of manufacturing tolerances, lighting, photography, screen settings, finishing processes, or materials.
Natural and composite materials—including natural stone, mother-of-pearl, meteorite, forged carbon, and similar materials—may have individual patterns, textures, colours, inclusions, or visual characteristics.
Such natural variation is not necessarily considered a manufacturing defect.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance, payment verification, and product availability.
VAYRON may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraud
- Unauthorized payment
- Incorrect customer information
- Obvious pricing or website errors
- Legal or regulatory restrictions
If VAYRON cancels an accepted and paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website or during checkout.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other charges will be displayed where applicable.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges, or similar destination-country charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Shipping & Delivery
VAYRON may offer delivery within the UAE and internationally to supported destinations.
Any delivery date or timeframe provided is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed.
Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather, governmental restrictions, or circumstances outside VAYRON’s reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the VAYRON Refund & Return Policy.
Nothing in that policy or these Terms limits rights that a customer is entitled to under mandatory applicable consumer-protection law.
7. VAYRON Limited Warranty
VAYRON provides a 3-year limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing or assembly defects affecting covered watch components, excluding the movement.
Covered components may include:
- Case
- Crown
- Caseback
- Crystal
- Bezel
- Dial
- Hands
- Clasp
- Other qualifying non-consumable components
Movement Warranty
The watch movement carries a separate 1-year limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects.
The applicable warranty period begins on the date the original purchaser receives the watch unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Warranty Exclusions
The limited warranty does not ordinarily cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches or cosmetic damage resulting from use
- Accidental or impact damage
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence
- Unauthorized repair, opening, or modification
- Damage caused by improper crown operation
- Damage resulting from use beyond the watch’s specified water-resistance capabilities
- Ordinary deterioration of straps or other consumable components
VAYRON may require proof of purchase, photographs, videos, return of the watch, or inspection by VAYRON or a qualified watch technician before approving a warranty claim.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Water Resistance
Water-resistance ratings apply to the specifications of the relevant watch model under appropriate testing conditions.
Water resistance should not be interpreted as permanent or as protection against water under every circumstance.
Seals and gaskets can deteriorate with age and use.
Customers should follow VAYRON’s care instructions and ensure that the crown is properly secured before exposure to water where applicable.
9. Intellectual Property
The VAYRON name, trademarks, logos, watch designs, product photographs, packaging, graphics, text, and other original brand materials are owned by or licensed to VAYRON where applicable and may be protected by intellectual-property laws.
Unauthorized commercial reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, or use is prohibited.
10. Website Use
You must not use the VAYRON website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes or interfere with its security or operation.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VAYRON will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products where such liability may legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
12. Force Majeure
VAYRON will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control, subject to applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
VAYRON may update these Terms from time to time.
For purchases already completed, the terms applicable at the time of the transaction will generally continue to govern that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, subject to mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdictional requirements.
