VAYRON WARRANTY POLICY

At VAYRON, every watch is created with a focus on craftsmanship, quality, and reliability. This Warranty Policy explains the limited warranty provided with VAYRON watches and the process for submitting a warranty claim.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any mandatory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer-protection law.

1. Warranty Coverage

VAYRON provides a 3-year limited warranty covering qualifying manufacturing or assembly defects affecting covered non-movement components of the watch.

Covered components may include:

• Case
• Crown
• Caseback
• Crystal
• Bezel
• Dial
• Hands
• Clasp
• Other qualifying non-consumable watch components

Coverage applies only where the issue is determined to result from a manufacturing, material, or assembly defect rather than normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, or another excluded cause.

2. Movement Warranty

The watch movement is covered separately by a 1-year limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing or assembly defects.

If a movement-related problem occurs during this period, VAYRON may require the watch to be inspected before determining whether the issue qualifies for warranty service.

3. Warranty Start Date

The applicable warranty period begins on the date the original purchaser receives the watch, as confirmed by delivery records or other acceptable proof of delivery.

Valid proof of purchase may be required for all warranty claims.

4. What Is Not Covered

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the VAYRON limited warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, scuffs, or cosmetic deterioration caused through use
• Accidental or impact damage
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Damage caused by unauthorized repair, servicing, modification, or opening of the watch
• Damage caused by failure to follow VAYRON care or operating instructions
• Damage resulting from improper operation or securing of the crown
• Damage resulting from exposure beyond the watch’s stated water-resistance specification
• Damage caused by extreme temperatures, chemicals, solvents, or other inappropriate environmental exposure
• Loss or theft
• Ordinary deterioration of straps, coatings, finishes, seals, gaskets, or other components subject to normal wear

Damage caused by circumstances outside a manufacturing or assembly defect is not considered a warranty defect.

5. Water Resistance

Where a VAYRON watch carries a stated water-resistance rating, that rating refers to the specification of the applicable model under appropriate testing conditions.

Water resistance is not a permanent condition. Seals and gaskets may deteriorate naturally with age and use.

Customers should ensure that the crown is properly secured before exposure to water and should not operate the crown while the watch is wet or submerged.

Damage caused by use outside the watch’s stated water-resistance capabilities is not covered by this limited warranty unless applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Natural Materials

Certain VAYRON watches may use materials such as natural stone, mother-of-pearl, meteorite, forged carbon, or other materials with naturally or inherently variable characteristics.

Variations in colour, grain, texture, pattern, inclusions, or appearance may be part of the individual character of the material and are not automatically considered manufacturing defects.

7. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact VAYRON and provide:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Proof of purchase
• Watch model or reference number, where available
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue

VAYRON may request additional information or require the watch to be returned for inspection.

8. Inspection

Warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification.

VAYRON may inspect the watch directly or, where appropriate, require assessment by a qualified watch technician.

Submitting a warranty claim does not automatically confirm that the issue is covered.

If inspection determines that the issue resulted from an excluded cause rather than a qualifying manufacturing or assembly defect, warranty coverage may be declined, subject to applicable law.

9. Warranty Remedy

If a defect is confirmed to be covered under this warranty, VAYRON will determine an appropriate remedy based on the nature of the issue and applicable law.

This may include:

• Repair of the affected component
• Replacement of the affected component
• Replacement of the watch where appropriate
• Another remedy required under applicable consumer-protection law

Where repair or replacement is provided, VAYRON may use equivalent replacement components where the original component is no longer reasonably available, provided this does not prejudice mandatory consumer rights.

10. Unauthorized Servicing

Customers should contact VAYRON before having a watch repaired, opened, modified, or serviced during the warranty period.

Damage caused by unauthorized third-party repair, modification, improper servicing, or opening of the watch may not be covered.

This provision does not restrict any rights that cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.

11. Transfer of Warranty

Unless otherwise stated by VAYRON or required by applicable law, this limited warranty is intended for the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase.

12. Consumer Rights

This warranty provides contractual warranty coverage offered by VAYRON.

It does not replace, exclude, restrict, or reduce any mandatory statutory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer-protection law.

Where mandatory law provides greater protection than this Warranty Policy, the mandatory legal protection will apply.
